01 / Workspace

Create your Loopline account

1. Open Loopline signup and create an account with email and password, or use a sign-in provider shown there.
2. Complete your profile. Loopline creates a private personal workspace for you.
3. In the Clip setup guide, choose your personal workspace or create a company. A company can have multiple members and multiple social destinations.
4. Add each social channel by platform and handle. Invite teammates; once they join, assign them to the destinations they manage in Company & channels.

02 / Instagram Reels

Create an Instagram account

1. Go to Instagram signup and use an email or phone number your company controls.
2. Choose a recognizable username and complete the profile before sharing access with a team.
3. For API publishing, switch to a professional Business or Creator account. Meta’s Instagram Login documentation lists the publishing permissions required by an app.
4. Record the handle as an Instagram destination in Loopline. Authorization will be a separate step when a publishing connector is available.

Meta also offers a Facebook Login route with different setup requirements. Loopline’s planned route is Instagram Login, which does not require linking a Facebook Page.

03 / TikTok

Create a TikTok account

1. Use TikTok signup and choose a durable company email or phone number.
2. Set the username, profile, and account security in TikTok. See TikTok’s account help if the signup options change.
3. Add the handle to Loopline as a planned destination.

Automated Direct Post uses TikTok’s Content Posting API. The app needs an approved video.publish scope, and the account owner must authorize it. TikTok says unaudited clients have posting limits, including private visibility; see its official Direct Post guide.

04 / YouTube Shorts

Create a YouTube channel

1. Create a Google Account if your team does not have one.
2. Follow YouTube’s channel creation steps. A Google Account alone cannot publish videos until it has a YouTube channel.
3. Consider a channel with multiple managers if several people will operate it, then record the channel handle in Loopline.

API uploads use OAuth with the youtube.upload permission. YouTube notes that uploads from unverified API projects can be restricted to private until the project passes its audit; see the videos.insert documentation.

05 / X

Create an X account

1. Follow X’s official signup guide to create the account and verify its contact method.
2. Set the profile and handle, then add that handle as an X destination in Loopline.
3. Keep team access with the account owner until a publishing authorization flow is ready. An X developer app and user authorization are separate from an ordinary X login; consult the X API documentation.

06 / Connection readiness

Prepare for automated distribution

Each platform account needs its own authorization. The Loopline company workspace will own the destination; an authorized credential will belong to that destination, and team members can be assigned without sharing social passwords.

• Keep ownership email, recovery options, and two-factor authentication under company control.
• Check that your account type supports the intended publishing API and that the Loopline developer app has the platform permissions it needs.
• Confirm which teammate may approve publishing, and decide whether posts should be reviewed before they go live.
